I have given Myself a two-year timeline to develop a Michelin Star Dessert For Some lucky restaurant. Actually, it is already in the works.... and my oh my, is it good. 
I have been in the running to compete on the spring Bake show on food Network, I have recently been on Good Morning America and I was also in the running for The Greatest Baker, which would have afforded me the opportunity to meet the Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro.
